Nanchang Dongshen Knitted Garment Co., Ltd. is located at No. 3999, Gaoxin South Avenue, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang, a place with convenient transportation and an excellent environment. Established in 2011, it is a well-known export-oriented garment enterprise integrating garment design, pattern making, production, and sales. The company has independent import and export rights, a sound organizational structure, standardized management and operations, strong technical capabilities, more than 1,500 sets of advanced professional equipment, 10 state-of-the-art intelligent hanging production lines, and an advanced garment CAD design and layout system.
In recent years, the company has maintained a steady growth trajectory: in 2017, it earned US$15.6 million in foreign exchange through exports; in 2018, this figure rose to US$20 million; and in 2019, it reached US$23.07 million. Export revenues have grown steadily year after year, and the company has been awarded the Qingshanhu District Outstanding Contribution Award for Stable Foreign Trade Growth for three consecutive years. In addition, it has successively received honors such as the Qingshanhu High-tech Industrial Park Advanced Collective Award (Export Earnings Star Enterprise) for both 2017 and 2018.
In 2018, the company acquired industrial land at No. 3999 Gaoxin South Avenue, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province (Jiangxi Renjie Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) for RMB 15 million, covering an area of 18 mu. The company has constructed its own factory buildings and dormitories, with a total usable floor space of over 50,000 square meters. The total investment in the company’s establishment exceeds RMB 70 million, including RMB 10 million invested in state-of-the-art, intelligent new equipment. Over the next three years, the company plans to invest more than RMB 30 million in equipment upgrades and technological renovations. Within this three-year period, the company aims to achieve export sales totaling over USD 100 million. Currently, the company relocated to its new premises and commenced operations on August 1, 2020.
The company primarily undertakes foreign trade orders, manufacturing and selling knitted apparel such as promotional shirts, cultural shirts, T-shirts, sleepwear, and children’s clothing. Its products are mainly exported to the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Canada, and other countries and regions. The company holds a full suite of certifications, including those from Costco, Target, Walmart, Disney, WRAP, JCPenney, Macy’s, SEDEX, and BSCI, giving it a strong competitive edge among apparel manufacturers in the industry.
